Time to focus on sharpening our graduates coming out of colleges. It's easy to engage them in college (final year) than after graduation. Most of them need guidance & enablement in personality development, how to prepare profile, what to prepare for Interview & process to apply etc., Strongly suggest Industry members to engage with few colleges in your accessibility & engage with Graduate students (as part of social responsibility. Enable Graduates to India's success . We thought of creating a standard template of agenda to cover in 2 hours, half day, 1 day and 5 days for universities or engineering colleges. Once Agenda is finalized, we can work on content (PPT & other material) readiness. Now Professional Development for University students: 1.
